The experience here on December 29 thru the 1 st of Jan was not all that bad. In a group of 5 with 2 rooms no effort was made to try to keep us together until I had to get a bit creative. The attention to customer from the front desk definitely need improvement, their behavior was obvious that they do not like what the do, to the point that you would come thru the front doo and they would turn their faces so they wouldn’t have to greet you . In my opinion that is poor customer service. My first morning breakfast the coffee was cold, the sausages were soaked in water like if they were boiling instead of grill . Other than that rooms were nice and the housekeeping staff were attentive.
