Needs some basic cosmetic work. Needs paint. Sign needs updating. Friendly staff. Clean room. Lighted parking lot so it’s safe at night pulling in.

Cheap and close to the stadium. But gross, bathroom stank with no air, sink barely trickled water, dirty, cockroaches, toilet hardly flushed. Pictures are NOT the place.

This was prob the worst place I’ve ever stayed, and I know is a Motel, very dirty, unkept, smelly and felt very insecure, there’s no chain or inside lock. Hotels.com shouldn’t offer this place

The room was full of cockroaches everywhere. Mold and dead bugs. We had to leave. The most disgusting room I have ever seen.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The odor and condition of the rooms were extremely disappointing. I checked in and immediately checked out. I was not given a refund either. Horrible place should be condemned

Simply overpriced for the tired, old motel it was. Owner/manager demanded another $40 per hour for a late checkout. I was watching a youth team soccer match that morning so had to be out earlier than was convenient, though they only had about six people staying there. Generally unpleasant demeanor. Never again!

This was the most disgusting "motel" I've even seen or stayed in. They told me multiple times no smoking or there was a $200 cleaning fee. I totally get that, but the room smelled of stale smoke. The sheets were not clean. I could go on and on but i will leave you with this..... it was so disgusting I actually looked for bed bugs! Do not recommend!

Do a favor to yourself and DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY!! 1- bathroom curtain has mold 2- toilet was not working 3- the bathroom drain was clogged 4- the nastiest thing was look all those cockroaches around the room

This place does not cooperate with claim report for damages done to a rental car that was hit by another guest and runs out. They refuse to give the camera video and when police arrives they do not show rhe video where the license plate could be seen. This hotel is not safe.

The amount of times the people working there threatened us with a smoking fee was ridiculous. It started before we even arrived and continued multiple times at check-in. We are non-smokers anyway, so there was absolutely zero chance of us smoking in the room. Despite telling them this multiple times, they threatened to charge us if there was even a little smell of smoke. Besides this, there were a few bugs we found in the bathroom which was not that big of a deal. They had no shampoo and one small bar of soap so a shower was not very convenient. All in, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was horrible. I went there for Taylor Swift concert and thanks for giving me worst place to stay. Everything was awful. And they don't refund at all. And I paid more than $300 which does not deserve any penny of it. Sheets were dirty and I saw hair in the bathroom and room smelled awful I couldn't sleep at all. I don't recommend anyone. The worst place that you can stay. And the place is not as shown as in the picture. Please and please do not ever stay that hotel

When they say you get what you pay for “they” never stayed here! I’m sure prices were high because we stayed the night of the George Strait concert but we pay 190$ for one night and the lady that gave us our key says “if you smoke it is a 200$ fee” so I’m thinking they care about their property, wrong! We open the door and it is nasty carpet with what looks like a huge burn spot like it had caught on fire and a rusty “countertop “ and two beds. The beds themselves looked like they were from the 70s and the sheets and pillow cases were dingy. I pulled the sheets back and there was black hair on the pillow case as well as the sheet. Lucky for me we brought our own pillows and blankets so we were able to use those instead of the ones that were there.
