Great Apartment with fantastic facilities and staff. A walk or electric scooter away from the main area of Tampere with the bars and restaurants etc. or a cheap uber/taxi if you’d rather. Tampere a great place.

We had a big apartment at the 6th floor. It was a one bedroom apartment with livingroom, kitchen, balcony, toilet and shower and sauna. Views were beautiful: we could see the Näsilake. There were also washingmachine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, water cooker, cafe machine, fridge with freezer,m, two television: the aparmenr was fully equipped. We love it.

The property has character. I stayed in a studio apartment which was comfortable but a bit dated. The food selection at the restaurants were limited and were closer to North American food. The view of the marina and central Tampere was nice.

Varma valinta

Majoituksen osalta kaikki sujui hienosti ja huoneisto oli juuri sellainen, kuin pitikin. Kylpylän aukioloajat voisivat viikonloppuna olla pidemmät, esim klo 21 tai 22 saakka ja illan pari viimeistä tuntia rauhoitettu aikuisille. Kaikki lomailijat eivät ole lapsiperheitä tai muita aikaisin yöpuulle meneviä.

Hotellin aula oli kuuma ja kostea kylpylän takia. R-kioski aulassa oli proosallinen, mutta siitä oli hyötyä nälän yllätettyä. Vanha rakennus ja ympäristö ovat kiehtovat, mutta siihen liittyen erillisasunnossa ei ollut minkäänlaista ilmanvaihtoa vessaa lukuunottamatta. Seinät olivat paksua betonia. Asunto oli kesällä aivan liian kuuma (27-30 asteetta). Tosin parveke olisi ollut, mutta emme katsoneet oven auki pitämistä riittäväksi. Saimme upgradauksen sviittiin, joka oli erinomainen. Palvelu oli ystävällistä.

Tilava isommallekin perheelle

Erittäin tilavat 2mh huoneisto, hieman aikaa nähnyt kalustus mutta ok. Yläkerran wc oli epäkunnossa ja lappu ovessa, alakerran wc.ssä viemärin haju. Kuitenkin kokonaisuudessaan hyvä.

Ihana rauha, hiljaisuus ja luonto: Näsijärvelle näkymä ja ulkoilu mahdollisuus rannalla ja metsässä. Huoneisto oli tilava, siisti, hyvin varusteltu, jopa saunakin oli. Palveluja saatavilla, esim. kylpylä, ruokailupaikkoja, ravintola, 24h kioski, vastaanotto, maksuton pysäköinti osakkaalle tallissa, kauppa lähellä ja vain n.15min kävely Tampereen keskustaan.
