Really like this property, however was not impressed by the Conrad versus previously staying at the Hilton side. For this supposedly being an upgrade from the Hilton, it really wasn’t. Layout of suite was closed off and room wasn’t totally clean when we arrived. A used shower cap was left behind as well as four staff cleaning rags. The master bathroom door was dirty and the master bathroom toilet leaked on the floor
