Great home for large family

We loved the Buffalo Spirit Lodge for our adult and teen children over Christmas. The location was easy to find and we loved the circle drive and covered portico for loading and unloading. The upstairs bunk room was a perfect teen hangout. Cooked a lot of meals and we were able to do a couple loads of laundry. Our only observation was that the house could use a deep cleaning. Overall good place.

Beautiful & comfortable. Percent for those with back & knee issues

My husband had back surgery & my knees don’t do stairs. Perfect walk in entry. 2 bedrooms on the first level. Upstairs is where the grandkids slept & watched tv. 2 beds, a bunk bed & sectional couch. Great area for them to have fun & sleep along with a half bath. Open all the windows to enjoy the cool Mountain air. Sitting on the back deck & enjoying the cool evenings were wonderful. Along with chairs & picnic table on the front porch area. Deer watching was enjoyable. We loved this place!

Really nice house!!

Very nice home! Two couples & several children were very comfortable here! Would highly recommend & plan to stay again. Nice, nice place and good location between Monte Verde and the golf course. *only cons were…Listing says pets ok with $200 payment, but when asked the property manager said it was strictly no pets. Not sure which is true, but wish it was consistent. Management company didn’t respond timely so we couldn’t extend our stay. (To be fair our request to them for extending was at 5pm on a Saturday though) they got back to us at 9 the next day… but it was so soon to our checkout we had to make other arrangements. Highly recommend this house and will hopefully be back!
