Needs work for a viable VRB
First, the host was wonderful. Communication was great and he was very friendly. The unit needs a lot of work. We could not stay there. We left and found other lodging after the first night. Here are the issues we encountered. The location is on the backside of the condo. Window view faces the embankment. There is no river view from the room. The front unit had a large amount of construction materials on the balcony almost blocking the path to the door. The carpet is stained. Room has a strong musty odor. The sliding door to the bathroom does not close or open without a lot of work. Only 2 towels and no wash cloths. The coffee maker filter basket did not seem to fit properly but we made it work. No coffee mugs. No TV. The biggest issue was the bed. Very uncomfortable and unstable. We did not sleep. This was the first VRBO we've had that was not up to expectations.
