“This is the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to stay. On arrival I could see that the building exterior was very tired. The decking was past its best and the key box was broken and the smell was dreadful as I opened the door. Tried to keep an open mind went to open windows but the bathroom and one bedroom didn’t open at all. It all needed a good clean so put the immerser on and waited, I am still waiting. The boiler remained stone cold for the duration of our stay. Escalated this to……

“Lovely apartment near the center of Rothesay. Convenient to walk to the local Highland Games. Property was very clean and instructions to get in were clear. Host was very communicative.”

“ 6 of us visiting for our friends 60th at the Glenburn hotel. Can't fault anything, thanks for providing the good weather😊 10 minute walk from ferry and town, got car parked fine. People with mobility issues may struggle to walk from road up to the apartment as it's a bit high. But honestly it's worth it if you can. ”

“I had a very peaceful overnight stay while travelling for work. The scenery is lovely and a very comfortable and well equipped pod with kitchen, coffee machine and plenty of options for local walks and running. ”

“We couldn’t fault the things available to use-games etc were great and you couldn’t think of an item that wasn’t there. Had lots of ornaments and things around and when travelling with a toddler this was a bit of a pain but with older kids and adults no problem at all. Area was a bit noisy but in a town centre at the weekend this is to be expected and we thought it was great being so close to the town. The free car park 2 mins walk away always had a space available to save trying to park……
