"This is the 3rd time staying here. Really comfortable place to stay, they allow Dogs and straight outside your door there is a huge field to walk them. "We received a lovely warm welcome. Lovely hotel. Nice location close to the beach. Lovely comfortable rooms with small en suite bathroom. Big plus for me was the kettle with plenty of tea, coffee and milk in the room. Will definitely book again when coming to Devon."

"Conveniently located ,my room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good. My only gripe was that although it is common with hotel chains for breakfast to be extra, when staying in a Bed & Breakfast I expect Breakfast to be included in the price when booking and not as an extra. The sign above the door says Bed &Breakfast and that’s what I expect when I book."
