「Well located for shops and both Exeter Main and St. Davids railway stations. My room was compact but well thought out and well equipped. It was great to have a light next to the bed which you could turn off/on easily and the shower was good. Breakfast was first class, beautifully served and coffee one of the best. I would have liked more savoury options for the breakfast but that is just a small preference. Host was really helpful and very welcoming. I would stay here again.」

「Bed was lovely nice linen .. basic facilities we paid a lot more then my friends £10 extra to take your dog .. shower was only hot for myself and cold for my partner same for my friend’s.. needed to find a toilet roll from downstairs as only half in the room which wasn’t quite ready at 3:40 .. ok for one night」

「Stayed here 2 nights as I was attending nearby Festival. I Called Les the host and he was very accommodating leaving my keys in the safe box. The room was clean and housekeeping came daily. The bed was very Comfortable i had 2 really good night sleep here. Bayside is right next to the beach which was a bonus as it was a warm bank holiday weekend. Definitely recommend a stay here.」
