“Saw many reviews and lots of people complaining about check in. I thought to myself how bad can it really be. I’m in the hospitality industry myself. It was pretty bad. I was in Front of the building for an over an hour trying to figure it out calling their customer support (which I don’t know how much that’s going to cost me probably more than the room itself) however the room was excellent, clean, spacious and in the perfect location for everything. “Nous avons dormi dans le studio familial, mon concubin, ma fille et moi. Personne n'est venu nous ouvrir quand nous sommes arrivés devant la résidence universitaire, il a fallu passer par une fenêtre ouverte en rez de chaussée pour aller trouver la réceptionniste dans son bureau pourtant. Nous n'avions qu'une seule carte d'accès pour obtenir de l'électricité dans le logement. La porte ne s'ouvrait pas, il fallait demander à la personne de la réception de nous accompagner devant la chambre avec……

“Lovely clean room. I selected a single with balcony and had room 21 which was clean and fresh. Basic but functional. The bathroom is tiny with the hand basin sitting over part of the toilet so if you are a little larger it's a tight fit. Check in is a machine and ended up having to call for assistance as there was no room assigned to my booking. Next issue was it checked me in and provided a room card but no indication of which room! Quick call and sorted. The hotel advert mentions coffee……

“We were only there for a short night. We were able to find parking on the street. We arrived after 10pm, so I contacted the hotel and they waited for our arrival. Room was exactly as described. Check out was simple.”
