This spacious apartment offers the perfect getaway with a prime location. Park your car and enjoy the Oceanside complex’s pool, sauna, and gym. Beautiful beaches, award-winning eateries, and boutique shopping are within walking distance. Ideal for families or professional couples, the apartment features a large, fully equipped kitchen and luxurious beds. Fire up the BBQ for sunset drinks with ocean views from the bedrooms.



The Space:

The Master bedroom has a comfortable super king bed with ensuite. The second room has two singles and leads out onto the large balcony.



You will find a sofa bed in the lounge but may only be suitable for children. if you have 6 people (two will sleep on the sofa bed)



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for dining in. We supply towels/linen and basic staples.



You’ll have access to one secure underground car park and the shared outdoor heated pool, spa pool, gym and sauna. Don’t worry about packing that beach towel as we will provide some for you. There is also a new outdoor shower to wash off after the beach.



The apartment is accessed via a lift from the car park or ground floor.



Just across the street is a handy dairy and popular ice cream parlour. On the beach front below are numerous popular café’s perfect for a coffee after your walk around Mauao. Take a surf lesson on main beach, swim or enjoy a picnic at Pilot Bay, take the kids to play at Mount Drury park. There is so much to enjoy moments from Oceanside.

Marvellous Mount Maunganui



A favourite amongst travellers young and old……..a brilliant base for everyone with so much to do and so much to explore….. you’ll be left with wanting more.



Located in the fabulous Bay of Plenty, Mount Maunganui is famous for its endless white sand beach, year-round surf, Pilot Bay Harbour and beautiful Mauao.



At the end of the peninsula the iconic Mauao stands elegantly at 230 meters tall. Everyone has the option of taking a leisurely stroll around the flat base. The more adventurous will have fun reaching the top and be rewarded with the spectacular 360-degree views.



Downtown Mount you’ll find a laid-back strip of shops, bars & restaurants that offer all day dining most with alfresco tables…….Pick up a treat or souvenir from one of the locally owned boutiques, enjoy an ice cream or coffee, browse one of the weekly markets or soak yourself in one of the salt water hot pools or treat yourself to a papering session at one of the spas.



Pilot Bay offers sheltered year-round swimming and kayaking. Picnic on the grassy shore & watch the fishermen launch their boats and cargo ships come and go.



Head to main beach where new surfers can grab a lesson and watch the more experienced catch a wave or two. If the wind is up the kite surfers will be out in force. Or just chill and enjoy a refreshing swim.



Keen golfers have the choice of two world class courses…..Summer or Winter there’s no excuse not to get the clubs out.



For groceries you’ll find an accessible New World at Central Parade along with cafe's, bike shops and a slick city eatery.



10 minutes’ drive away is the recently upgraded Bay Fair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema (opens December 2020). Bay Wave offers a fun day indoors in the largest pool in the Bay. Complete with wave machine, kiddies play pools and giant slide.

Getting Around:

Once you've parked your car you're unlikely to need it for a while as most amenities are within walking distance.



Local buses, Uber or lime scooters are an easy way to get around.
