It is a leisurely 300m stroll to the main Mount beach and 2 mins to cafes for your morning coffee. You can easily walk to all the Mount has to offer such as the boutique shopping, restaurants, hot pools, Pilot Bay and, of course, the beautiful Mt Maunganui main beach and Mauao ( mountain).

This quaint property has plenty of space for parking or lawn games on the extensive section there's no need for the car!

Offering two double bedrooms, kitchen, and one bathroom, this is an ideal spot for a family of four or two couples.

There is a light filled Living, dining and kitchen area and also a laundry. Out the back offers a sizeable lawn for parking / family games and an additional dining area for summer BBQ's.
