- Modern apartment with large living areas, Ideally located just steps from the beach, hot pools and Mount.
Light sunny and North facing this trendy apartment looks directly at Mauao (Mount Maunganui). Your modern, open-plan living space leads onto an outdoor deck area, there's plenty of access to the sea breeze and summer Sun.
Ocean Retreat 228 is well equipped to help you indulge, with full kitchen facilities, including hob stove dishwasher dining table and all the kitchen essentials. A comfy living area to relax with friends whilst viewing the 60” smart TV makes staying in an easy option. Smart TV’s, Sky TV and high-speed internet feature in all rooms means you and the Kids can all enjoy all your stay. A short stroll to the Mount central or enjoy one of the neighbouring cafes, Heated Swimming pool within the complex. Two bathrooms, a washer and dryer and private carpark mean you will want for nothing during your stay.

This was modern, clean, and spacious. Close to the beach and restaurants. Great place for families, especially teenagers, as they dont have far to go to the beach.

Location location location
Great location, very impressed with apartment and beds were comfortable. Walking distance to everywhere ; we loved the hot pools and cafes. Need to be mindful if you don't like noise its not the right location as Fri/Sat nights were noisy with cars.

We loved the property easy communication greeted by a lovely property manager .Apartment was stunning with great views .It had everything that we needed to enjoy pour stay .Would highly recommend close to beach and dining options .Parking was easy .Only wish that the pool had some sun loungers .
