「Our family (7 people 3 rooms) had a great stay.
The facility is very clean and up to date. The rooms are spacious with the air conditioning working wonderfully!
The beach is as advertised, small, but a cove. Crystal clear water, and great sand lent for a wonderful beach stay, our first time in the region.
Parking is tight, and the road to get there is “slightly” a one lane that supports 2 directional cars, all part of the adventure…. Go slow and remember you are in Italy!

「Abbiamo passato 10 ottimi giorni calabresi in questa caratteristica abitazione completa di tutto! in ottima posizione per visitare tutta la costa degli Dei e più a sud fino allo stretto (se provvisti di auto...). Panorama spettacolare dal balconcino nella zona giorno e dalla terrazza sul tetto. La casa è su tre livelli collegati da una scaletta che necessita un minimo di adattamento e si trova al limitare del centro storico di Nicotera.」

「Spectacular panoramic view of the sea. Property is stunning and helps lend to the feeling of peaceful luxury. Plenty of outdoor seating and lounging areas. The house was very clean and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. Francesca was extremely helpful and communicative. She assisted greatly by helping us secure transfer from the train and renting a car before we ever arrived. Once on property, she responded promptly to assist when needed.
