Three very positive things - 1) the location is great. About 1 minute to get to the Metro, bus stops, Rustaveli Ave, Galleria Mall. 2) The room was clean. 3) Dmitry, the security guard was there sleeping on a couch when I arrived at 6 am. He gave me my key with no fuss & I got a nap & shower before my appointments! It’s so run down that it seems like they’ve completely given up on the place, the staff seems really displeased to be there, much of what was listed on Expedia was incorrect. I also hold Expedia responsible for not updating the info. It didn’t serve a buffet breakfast, the phone number to the hotel was wrong, and as far as I could tell, they do not have airport shuttle service. It throws many events in the lobby/former breakfast room so loud music, singing might disturb you. When the performances start up, I imagine it will be loud.

Great location/room, more of an air b&b than hotel

Great location, really nice room. Primarily a theatre rather than a hotel so not the usual service in terms of being able to approach a front desk for help/advice/room to be cleaned etc. The room itself was excellent. But probably wouldn't recommend for travellers from the EU/UK given current restrictions on us using Yandex etc, not being able to have hotel assistance booking taxi's etc had a big impact on our experience of Georgia.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and perfect location

Everything was perfect. The rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and they can communicate in English, Russian and even Turkish. The location was one of the best; anyone can reach the central places, taxi and metro easily. I visit Tbilisi almost every six months, and I will be there in the next time.

Hidden diamond

How come this recently renovated artistic centrally-located and ridiculously cheap uncut diamond of a hotel does not have a single review!? Well here it comes people. The hotel is located behind Galleria Shopping mall and in the vicinity of Freedom Square and its metro station. Rooms are named after artists which was a nice thing. Hotel also has airport transfer for a reasonable price which was nice. By staying this room you also support the theatre so all your money doesn't go to a faceless multinational hotel chain. Stay here guys seriously!
