「Amazing place to stay when in NAPLES. Everything is brand new, electric curtains that allow you to rest. The terrace was my favorite part, I loved relaxing there with my family during the evenings of our stay and we enjoyed a gorgeous view of the Italian Moon.
The location is great, 7 min walking from the train terminal.
All to a very reasonable price.
Alessandro was extremely helpful, I lost my key and he found a way to help me immediately. I recommend 100%」

「Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly host and clear instructions for self check-in. The area is close to the central station and feels pretty neglected, but for the price it’s absolutely acceptable. There is a metro connection (only reliable public transport we found in Naples) to the city center within 10 minutes walking distance. 「We really appreciated the ability to check in at 10:30 am. After a very long flight we needed to rest and was able to do that. However, there was no one at the property in a morning and there was no breakfast for us and it was very important since I travelled with a child. We didn’t know how to check out, so we left the key and left the property. I’m still puzzled about of the idea of bed and breakfast that has no breakfast. 」

「The room is clean & tidy. In the 1st night, there was NO blanket. I whatapps to the Famalu apartments. But, I feel surprised that she told me why do I check first & ask the cleaning lady. Do I need to check the list of having all basic stuffs before I can go out ? Of course, no blanket can be provided at that night. Fortunately, it is still warm. I wonder if this is the way to communicate to yr client like this…you guys think of it!!!!

「Excellent location. Close to the Central Train station and Metro. Was surprised that the room was cleaned and sheets and towels were changed daily! 「Good location within short walk to Garibaldi train station. Many bus route choices too. In-room provisions are excellent. In-room breakfast has great choices. There is a lift to go to this BB on 1st floor.
Only thing to note: we noted daily drop-off dusts from the aircon as soon as it was switched on. It would be perfect if routine aircon cleaning could be performed.

「Room is simple but in good condition. Basic amenities. Hotel feels more like a B n B. Front desk only there when you arrive. Nice and called ahead of time to ask when I arrive. The neighborhood is pretty shady, but convenient. So a good place for basics, not great for a full service experience. 」

「We stayed here as a family of 4 incl 2 teenage kids. The positives are that the property is near the Napoli train station (10 min walk) and the property has elevator so easy to take luggage up/down. Checkin was easy and there are many restaurants and shopping around. Room was decent/clean with a large bathroom. Wifi was fast.
We had a deluxe room for sleeping 4 - one bed and one sofa bed. Only issue we had was that the sofa bed did not have the needed items for sleeping 2 - no bedsheet, missing...

「The room itself was adequate. We had a bit of trouble getting in once we arrived at the property. There were a few things that didn't work upon arrival - the A/C and heating unit remote display was very dim and not easy to operate. The tv remote didn't work - had to have the batteries replaced twice while on our stay. The couch cover had stains on it so bad that we didn't even sit on it.
