“A fabulous place to stay. Location is excellent for visiting Naples. In an area with many options for eating from pizza to fine dining. Staff was extra helpful with suggestions. Breakfast was amazing with fresh pastries, an excellent and varied buffet, and the option of freshly cooked eggs. The hotel is in an older building; the hotel itself has lots of charming character. Rooms were good-sized, bathroom was modern and bed was very comfortable. Most of the rooms are off a balcony that overlooks……
“This property is in a good area. The staff were very friendly. The only difficult thing we encountered was getting in the building and then knowing to go to the third floor.”
“Nous avons passé 2 nuits à Naples, chez Gemma, hôte très accueillante, aux petits soins pour ses invités, toujours joignable, et qui parle très bien français.
Naples est une ville bouillonnante et très bruyante mais une fois dans notre chambre, nous étions au calme !
Notre chambre était spacieuse, très propre, et avec la clim.
Le petit déjeuner était somptueux !”
“Erica was fantastic. Made contact with me early and sent clear instructions on how to find it. Met me at the property, let me in and gave me a quick tour. Room was great, modern bathroom, comfortable bed and felt safe. Only stayed for one night but would have been happy to stay longer. Thank you Erica, if I ever come back to Naples I know where I’m staying. ”
“Foro Carolino is a very unique hotel. It's located in a building built in 1755. This is more like bed and breakfast as its family owned, and the apartment has belonged to one family for over 200 yrs. It's a very loved and very well taken care of hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast. Its conveniently located with walking distance to all attractions. Highly recommend .”
“Hotel room was clean and modern. Housekeeping every day. Neighborhood was kind of sketchy but over the four days we were there found it to be safe and the people kind. Lots of close by restaurants and the taxi stand is steps away. I’m a lone female traveller with a young child so safety is my number one concern. ”
“Lovely place to stay and great convenience. Laura was fantastic at communicating and the staff we met were so friendly. The road we were on was quiet and it felt lovely to stay somewhere so Italian rather than commercialised chain hotel. ”
“We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if……
“We had a great stay at Musto Suites, excellent location. Andrea was very charming and helpful, he served us a lovely breakfast. We had booked a double room but at check in, Andrea offered us a bigger room that was available, we appreciated the bigger space and could see ancient ruins from one of the windows. Definitely stay there again if we’re go to Naples.”
“This is one of the most spectacular hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s a palazzo built in the 1700s. We were upgraded to the Boudoir room, a circular room gold gilded mirrors and walls, magnificent ceiling frescoes and paintings. It’s like stepping into a history. Danilo and Umberto were amazing hosts. ”
“Stayed here for 4 nights and had a good time. Nice area with many resturants nearby. close to metro that takes you to Napoli centrale where you can reach many places.
It is also close to harbours where you can reach islands in the area.
The room was very nice, clean and as pictures shown. Really great bathroom with a large shower.
Yes there are some stairs to climb but this was not a problem. we knew about it prior to ordering the room. ”
“This property is right at the opening tunnel to the old town area. The rooms are large and have a great view of the old Convitto Nazionale Vittorio Emanuele II.
The Staff also recommended the restaurant "Trattoria Enoteca Campagnola". What a great place. The service and price was excellent, and the Caprese Salad was the best in all of Italy.
The entrance is a bit off the main street, inside a large doorway to a small piazza. There is a small elevator or 4 flights of old world stairs up to the……
“Very central location on Piazza Dante in an authentic building.
Walkable distance to the best eateries, the port and other sites. Metro is in the square too for further trips. Good links to the main station
The hotel staff were super friendly and very helpful.
Spacious rooms, with nice spacious bathrooms and big beds. Our room had two balconies and the best view of the square.
I would stay here again.

“Great two night stay in the heart of Naples. Modern bedroom and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Very tasty breakfast. Good service from all staff, especially those on the front desk who catered for our every need. Great restaurant recommendations. Great air conditioning as it was very hot in Naples when we stayed. This hotel is truly unique and different, from the entrance doorway and lift to the staircases and outside terrace. It isn't the cheapest hotel, but look no further.”
