"The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The early breakfast was very basic. It would have been nice to have some orange juice & fruit. I don’t think the pastry was fresh I wasn’t able to contact the staff for the shuttle when I arrived because I don’t have phone service. It would have been much better if I could have booked the shuttle online."

"We took a cab to the hotel (which was 2/3 the price of going down town) because it seemed like the shuttle was difficult to find. The hotel itself if clean and new, but the neighborhood, except for a fairly large shopping center nearby, is quite sterile. There were remarkable few outlets in the room for a modern hotel."

"There were pieces of hair around the room (on the bathroom counter, the bedding, and the counter under the TV), which was not pleasant to see. They had Dove products (hand soap, shampoo, body wash), which was nice. The breakfast was also really good - they had typical options like bread, eggs, and bacon (as well as churros). It tasted much better than the breakfast at most hotels! Also, the shuttle bus to the airport actually costs 6 euros, not 5 euros."

For Spain the breakfast buffet was very good Staff seemed a bit unorganized but friendly Room was plain with only basic amenities No shampoo, no hand towel or face clothes I don’t think we would stay here again "
