"We stayed for one night and arrived to a really awesome hotel, very clean, very nice reception crew. The next days morning shuttle was so easy. We had a perfect stay and plan to stay there next time we are in Madrid. Thank you for a great stay!!!!"

"All the staff from the those at the front desk to the bar and restaurant are very friendly and professional. The breakfast is very good and has options for everyone. The food at the bar is good and has vegetarian options. We took the shuttle from the airport (door 14 at Terminal 1) and the return shuttle from the hotel. The shuttle does not have to be reserved. There was lots of room for our golf clubs and suitcases even though the shuttle was full. Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. "

"We took a cab to the hotel (which was 2/3 the price of going down town) because it seemed like the shuttle was difficult to find. The hotel itself if clean and new, but the neighborhood, except for a fairly large shopping center nearby, is quite sterile. There were remarkable few outlets in the room for a modern hotel."

"No airport shuttle as we were led to believe Restaurant was like a cafeteria style but the food was very good. For Spain the breakfast buffet was very good Staff seemed a bit unorganized but friendly Room was plain with only basic amenities No shampoo, no hand towel or face clothes I don’t think we would stay here again "
