「Everything was amazing. Except we were given a bathroom that was meant for people with disabilities so it was very uncomfortable and the hotel was sold out. As I told the staff, there are no pictures on the reservation suggesting we might get a disabilities bathroom or else I would have specified I needed a normal one. I traveled with a baby and it was extremely uncomfortable. As it is not a cheap stay, the hotel is supposed to tell you you might get that room, or leave it open for disabled...

「This is the second time I stayed. The complimentary area was no coffee bag and got only one opened teabag in after two days made up the room. No toothbrush, no shower cap etc. This is not reaching hotel standard」

「Fantastic service but location is too remote Every single attraction in Madrid is at least 15 mins away by taxi or 30 mins by public transport. Prices were comparable with central hotels, so there is little incentive to stay here. Sound proof is lacking and there was not much facility to speak of. Definitely felt closer to a 3 star hotel 」

「地點不錯，很近地鐵站。可是新給的毛巾有點髒、地上也有不屬於我們的頭髮。住了超過五晚的The Level，頭幾天都有一瓶新的水，最後一晚沒有，去問前台，前台說只有第一天才會送水。」
