"It’s the only hotel that you can drink the water from the tap in your room. It has a very nice pool and Jacuzzi. They keep the Jacuzzi nice and hot. Also they will bring your drinks to your Jacuzzi or pool experience."

"This hotel is rude, they don't respond to your messages at all. I accidentally booked in Tijuana instead of Otay Mesa and they wouldn't help me at all. The Otay Mesa Hilton called them to see if they'd do a refund for me and nope, against their policy. Don't stay here and furthermore make sure you're not trying to book in US and it shows you this location which is inside Mexico! "

"The design of the rooms is superficially and aesthetically great. However, it's not really that functional at all. There's essential no soundproofing at all (could hear the people in the next room engaging in activities that shall remain unnamed and could hear the other room's morning conversations clearly). There's also a window with no curtains where the sun hits directly in the early morning. But the worst part was all of the smoke that came in constantly into the room throughout the entire day from the restaurant smokers right behind the building. We could SEE the smoke at night by the light and the smell was very strong. The smokers are turned off at night (I think), but otherwise, it's a health hazard that could turn badly quickly. We didn't report this because we hardly saw staff at the reception and it was a quick stay. The smoke smell didn't get really bad until our last day/night there. Regardless, the staff throughout the property don't make you feel welcome whatsoever. They seem to not want to work there at all. The rooms aren't accessibility-friendly for people who can't use stairs and even for people who can use stairs, there are no railings on it (another potential hazard at a place where the main attraction is a winery, mind you). "

"Muy mal hotel el peor servicio hice el check inn a las 4 y no había toallas de baño ni para secarse ni de manos ni tapete y la tasa de baño estaba sucia hice el reporte y hasta las 10 de la noche me llevaron dos toallas y todas negras ya no eran blancas muy mal personal mal atención y no resuelven nada pésimo trato"

"El servicio de alimentos es nuestra única queja, sumamente lento. El personal es muy amable pero poco eficiente tanto en el restaurante como en la cafetería. Los tiempos de espera son muy largos y se interrumpe mucho entre un plato y el otro."

"Para el precio esta ok, pero no se porque se califica como hotel, es un motel y esta bastante viejo por dentro. Agua fría y no sirve internet."
