"A rustic casita in the jungle. Totally off-grid so the amenities, although quite adequate for our needs, are indeed rustic, which is not necessarily a bad thing. The property is located about 15 kms from Tulum so a car is an absolute necessity. "We LOVED our 8 night stay at the Villa Linda Mar. The hosts were very kind and helpful and have created a wonderful oasis away from town. We enjoyed the kayaks in the Sea of Cortez, the swimming pool and had a great time playing corn hole with our fellow visitors. The views were stunning, complete with dolphins visiting us in the morning. I can't wait to return to Villa Linda Mar!"

The water is so calm you can easily kayak all around. If you’re looking for quiet and slightly removed from the town this is perfect.
