Solo que necesito más privacidad encontraba gente en mi balcón tirandose foto , estaba en el balcón y la gente entraba para mirar, aveces estaba acostado en mi cama y gente mi balcón , yo pagué por esa habitación para que sea mía y mi balcón , necesito privacidad tenía que cerrar todo para poder estar cómodo en mi cuarto. 「My family and I stayed here and it was amazing! The hospitality is top notch, as are the facilities. The room we had was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. I loved the bed and hot shower. It rained the day we were there, so we didn't get to explore much of the city, but we took advantage of the on-site museums with the kids and had a great time. We also explored the hotel because it is just gorgeous with beautiful views of the mountains and volcano.」

「This hotel is simply beautiful. The staff makes you feel like royalty. The view is beautiful but not accessible or visible from the inside. I wish they build an observation deck in the future. Great conservation of the building. Neat clean all around. Great gourmet food. The best was breakfast. I missed a hair dryer, but a small detail for such a wonderful experience.」
