「Very nice clean hotel. Good breakfast. Plenty of nice soft towels. Comfortable beds. Need better pillows. Don’t like having to pay for parking. 」

「Beautiful property and surrounding area. Extremely clean and elegantly updated. The reason for 4 stars: rooms do not have mini frig, or coffee makers. Also they don't have a small store to purchas sundries and lastly, their really isn't a Conceige... so no brochures or help. We found out the day we left that there was shuttle, which we would have utilized if we had known..」

「We appreciated the gates entry. The apt was clean and spacious. The best for the money I’ve seen. We lost power our first night there and the virtual assistant was very responsive and all was restored in a very short time period. 」

「Nice hotel. We wanted a place to recuperate after a long flight from India to the US. This worked for us. Even the little pool was helpful in the afternoon. We slept well. Staff was friendly and helpful」

「Our room was clean and across from the elevator which was loud at times. Front desk staff super nice. Coffee bar staff not very attentive. We just walked away after standing there while 2 employees just ignored us. Area is great! Would stay again but ask for room away from elevator.」

「The check in and out was friendly and fast. The room was clean and comfortable. I would have liked a bathtub. Some guests were very noisy but finally closed their doors. Parking was crowded. The breakfast was good (coffee was bitter) but it was over too soon. Have and would stay again 」

「One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in Charlotte. I had no issues. Room was clean, bed was comfy, patio was nice and spacious enough- pool wasn’t open but doesn’t take away from the experience. Customer service is super friendly as well. Not bad for the price, gas station across the road and a lot of food varieties. Will definitely stay again 」
