Ideal situation to see Iron Bridge and visit museums. Although on the down side there were lots of stairs to our room . The room was clean and beds comfortable but we found it a bit cold . The staff were very friendly and helpful .

Lovely location, very picturesque and close to attractions. Lots of food options close by. The room was basic, but fine for a short term stay. Bathroom needs some upgrading. The 24 hour breakfast station was a great idea.

Room nice but the hotel was having a major re-furbishment and will be great when it is finished. Staff all very friendly and someone to take my case to my room. There is no lift as it is a beautiful period property.

Room and ensuite bathroom were fine. The rest of the hotel is very much a work in progress at the moment as under refurbishment. A pleasant surprise was the free continental breakfast buffet which we could help ourselves to at any time despite no breakfast being included at the time of booking. Friendly service and I wish the new owners well.

The Hotel has seen better days, The location cant be praised enough. The owner has some good plans to achieve a better standard. The price reflects shortcomings.

No tv, we and they could not get it to work. No A/C so it was not. No parking close by. Just seemed like we had to search for the staff to get counter service or look for them to get a drink. Room was ok, location was good, directly across from the Ironbridge site.

Room was a good size. Restaurant and dining room was nicely decorated and breakfast had lots of choices to cater for everyone. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar was an added bonus. Surroundings were lovely and the outdoor seating area is nice too. Hotel currently undergoing refurbishment which will make a huge difference once completed. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel.
