Ski week in Telluride
The room was basic and dared, but had all we needed: comfy bed, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The staff, especially Marc, was very friendly and helpful.

Good for price
You pay for what you get, but the overall location is great. It is not a luxury hotel, but better than I expected based on the looks of it. My only complaint is entitled people that stayed in the “unloading only” parking area the entire day rather than parking at the lot that is a little further, but not too bad.

Walk To The Slopes
The room was just what we needed for a quick ski trip. Affordable for Telluride and we didn't have to move the car the entire time we were in town. The room was in an ideal location within walking distance to slopes and restaurants in town.

Great location uncomfortable bed
The location was wonderful and the proximity to the stream was exactly what I wanted. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep for my partner and I. Also need some A/c a few nights and the microwave didn’t work very well. I would love to stay again if the bed situation is resolved.

Easy ski-in, ski out accomodations
Very nice property that's right next to the river trail which was perfect to take our dog on a walk before walking over to the lift to go skiing for the day. Couldn't ask for a better stay! Also have great selection of coffee creamer in the lobby in the AM.

Ad was misleading.
Parking was very limited. No air conditioning. No linen service, specifically towels and wash cloths. Room was on second floor with no elevator.

Great location and price for stay
Great location next to the river with a walking trail and within walking distance to downtown, stores and gondola in summertime. I'm not sure about ski access as we went in the summer. Definitely recommend. Also bring extra towels for hot tub, etc. Room has mini fridge and microwave.

Great location
This place was very accommodating, friendly, and prompt. The bed was quiet comfortable, and hot tub was much needed after skiing. Perfect spot for a semi ski in/out location. Walked across the parking lot and could get on the lift.
