For the money, this was just what we needed. Not fancy but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was perfect. A very short walk to the Seven Lift and easy access to downtown.

Great location. About a 10 min walk to the gondola. 5 min walk to the nearest grocery store if needed. Overall great place!

Very nice property with quick access to the slopes! Lift 7 is about 150 ft walk from the room. The Gondola was about a 5-10 minute walk to gain access to Mountain Village. Rentals and lift ticket office on the way to the lift! Two hot tubs were great and we never saw more than one in use at a time so not crowded even during the holidays. You can walk to so many places in town easily.

Great location. Short walk to Lift #7. Easy walk to downtown along the river.

For the price and location, it is certainly a great deal. We were able to walk everywhere from this location and loved that it was right by the river. It is on the small side with not great lighting as it is a corner unit, but again, for the price you pay, it is a great deal!

The property manager was ultra responsive and the unit is a 2 minute walk to the lift. The unit was a little tired but otherwise fit the bill just fine!

Could not have asked for a shorter walk to lift 7! Despite being a bit small I would definitely go back. The management company is quick to respond with any questions day and night, and the property was just what my wife and I were looking for. 10/10

Very close to the lift, 250 ft. A 10 minute walk to town. The picture of the room is exactly what you get plus a closet, bathroom. and small outside ski locker. There is a Clark's grocery store a short walk away where we got breakfast everyday. Hot tub is also close, 150 ft.

Truly ski in and ski out. Excellent location at the bottom of lift 7. Small room with microwave and mini fridge. Enjoyed the hot tub. Short walk to downtown. Had minor problems with TV and internet but fixed timely by property management. Would definitely recommend if you are just looking for a place to lay your head.

The TV is not user friendly but I was not in town to watch TV anyway.

The room is small - more like a hotel room rather than a VRBO. No sitting area - but we didn't mind because we wanted to be out in Telluride anyways and we were just passing through. It was clean and nice. Has a coffee maker but no coffee and for brief stays and such a small room we wouldn't go out and buy coffee for a traditional coffee maker so might be nice to have some there for guests only staying a day or two. Otherwise, it was clean and nice and parking is easy and it is close to the town of Telluride so just a short drive or long walk whichever you prefer. Telluride did not disappoint, what a beautiful place!

The proximity to the chair lift is amazing, but this unit is very noisy and old. You can hear people walking up and down the metal stairs directly outside of the room, along with conversations, toilet flushes, and shower water from your neighbors. The king bed is two actually twin beds pushed together (hard, metal bump in the middle), not comfortable. The shower water occasionally turned scalding hot without notice or adjusting the valve. The photos of this property are deceiving. It's much older, dirtier, beat up, and dated than it looks. It could really use some updating or at the very least a good cleaning and some paint. The carpet was kind of gross and the room has very poor lighting. We had to have the bathroom light on to see in the room. The only window looks out to the lockers and everyone can see in. The hot tub is basically on the sidewalk next to the driveway. You feel like you're sitting in the parking lot. If you just need a place to crash, I guess this fits the bill.

This property was smaller than expected but the location was great. I felt like the proximity to the lift was amazing. One of the downsides though was that the constant pot smoking in the neighboring unit constantly flowed into our room.

My stay was hit hard with a terrible case of food poisoning, from a nearby restaurant , ending in a hospital visit, so I apologize, for not taking trash to trash compactor, but I'm not sure guest should have to figure out nor operate a trash compactor. Everything was clean at property when I checked in except for the dishes, all the glasses had large amount of white residue inside on bottom. None the less I would recommend that property to anybody, due to location and the customer service that was provided

We came to telluride for the blues festival. This apartment was probably very nice in 1980. Everything in it is cheap or worn or both. It is decorated and furnished in with what looks like garage sale furniture. The permanent surfaces are heavily worn. Please read all the bad reviews as they go into detail. It is perfectly located especially if you are a ski bum. But it is a room and nothing more. I did reach out to the management company and they did give me a tiny reimbursement. They are great to work with. They stated that they repaired the immediate problems and reached bout to the owner with the others. Let’s hope so.

Pics and wording of ad are accurate. But it does not tell u it is dark with only a window that looks onto dark corner. Drapery rod was a $1.50 could not open as all would see. Scalding shower. Constant plumbing noises. Read other reviews. But if all u want to do is get drunk and stagger to lift I guess good. Next time I will walk further, read reviews and use another management company as they said they could do nothing.

This unit is noisy. You can hear conversations, toilet flushes, shower water etc of your neighbors. The king bed is just two twins pushed together (middle of the bed has metal bump) and not comfortable. The room is dark. The shower head is several decades old, and the shower water occasionally turned scalding without manipulation. It’s location is great for skiing, but note you have to be a decent skier to truly make this place ‘ski in ski out’. The hot tub code didn’t work. Window points out to ski lockers and there’s only one curtain that blacks out light, so you either have no light in the room, or everyone walking by can see straight in to your bed. All in all, it was a fine room to crash in, but I wish I had spent the extra money for a nicer place.

Clean and simple place to stay right next to the chair lift. The room was clean with just enough space for my wife and I. Location to town was a short walk no more than 5 - 10 minutes. Would stay again.

There was a cave of a room waiting for me. No overstuffed comfy chair or couch to watch the tube on. Just a bed, a dining table in the corner and two stiff dining chairs. The lighting was either full on in the bathroom ( 5 bulbs) or nothing. No night light, and a wall heater right beside the tub...hazardous? Not sure. Anyway, it was simply a bed to sleep in. One window looked out onto a small dark courtyard. Rather dreary.

Nice, simple, clean room. Had everything you would need for a short stay. Within walking distance of downtown and gondola. Close to a nice stream and walking path. Grocery store about a 7-10 min. walk. Free downtown shuttle available right across the street - runs every 20 min. Overall, a great stay!

This unit is basically a small hotel room. Which is fine as that is what is described in the listing. What is not described is that it's very dated and there are some noise issues. You can hear everything everyone else is doing in the complex especially when they flush a toilet. It sounds like water is going to burst through the ceiling. The hot tub is right next to to the driveway, so that's not the most comfortable location. Here's the good...LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. You can't beat this spot for the price. Parking is available and extremely convenient. The lift is less than 30 yards away and this particular lift has no lines. You can easily walk to the heart of Telluride and the gondola is even closer. Bottom line, if you plan on being in your room a lot and want a lot of amenities you will not want to stay here. If you plan on hitting the slopes from first chair to last, then spending time on town for meals and you are on a budget, this place is great.

Nice little room, right near downtown and near a ski lift. Definitely nothing special or fancy, but worth the money, easy to find and access. Free parking nearby, and access to lift, but that lift leads to mostly difficult slopes. But only a 4 minute drive to the main Gondola

Great location! Pictures accurate. Arrived a little after 5pm. Contactless check in emailed to us a few days prior to arrival. We couldn’t find the unit at first as our confirmation email listed has unit 150 which doesn’t exist. Tried calling property management company, who didn’t answer on multiple calls and went to an automated system. Left a voicemail or two. Thank goodness we just decided to try unit 50 or we would have been screwed as it was freezing out. Nobody even called back the next day or ever to check on us to make sure we got in to the unit ok. Hot tub access listed which is one of the main reasons why we chose this place. Saturday hot tub was COLD all day and the second hot tub was chained up. We even started heating it around 1pm and by 6pm it was still only 64 degrees! We walked by the next day before we left to ski (830AM) in order to start heating it and both hot tubs were locked. We definitely pick our ski rentals based on proximity to mountain and hot tub availability (we always put hot tub in filter). Super frustrating because we could have stayed somewhere less expensive without a hot tub, as we didn’t even get to use this “amenity” at all!
