We absolutely loved this hotel, we booked last minute the staff was ready and helpful the moment we got there very thorough and friendly the room was beautiful, clean and spacious the bathroom as well and the balcony overlooking the town, not to mention the jacuzzi! The resort was excellent. Clean, tons of amenities. Workers were pleasant. Room was comfortable. Did have a surprise bill at the end where they charged $60 per day for valet and $50 per day for resort fee. This should have been discussed beforehand.

Breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious each morning, even on Christmas Day! Friendly staff that made us feel welcome and taken care of. The hot springs are incredible and can’t beat the views. It’s like a real life Hallmark movie. Will definitely be back!
