The Space:

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of space to prepare and serve delectable meals. The open floor plan allows for easy entertaining, with a cozy fireplace and comfortable seating in the living room.



Step outside to the balcony and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding wine country. Sip a glass of your favorite local vintage as you relax on the outdoor furniture, or take a stroll through the beautifully landscaped grounds and discover the tranquil water fountain.



For horse enthusiasts, 'Hakuna Moscato' features horse corrals with shelters, a huge arena area, tack room, feed area, and wash rack. Please ask the host for more details about boarding your horse. The property is fully fenced with a security gate, providing a safe and secure environment for your equine companions.



Our 'Hakuna Moscato' has spacious bedrooms and plush bedding that will have you sleeping soundly after a day of exploring the local wineries and tasting rooms. Our convenient location allows for you to be close to all the best that wine country has to offer, you'll have everything you need for the ultimate getaway.



We require all 30-day stays to complete a background check, as well as a furnished rental agreement. Our home includes up to $250 worth of utilities and we require all guests to complete a rental agreement after booking, please ask the host for more details.



Guest Access:

Guest can use everything in the home. There is a sitting area with fire pit as well as plenty of outdoor space that guests can use.



The Neighborhood:

Located on over 2 acres, this home provides privacy while being minutes to local wineries and other amenities.



Getting Around:

There is no public transit from the home. The best option when wine tasting in the area is an Uber or Lift.



Other Things to Note:

You will receive a welcome email with a link to B1G1 wine coupons for you and your guests to use, along with recommendations to make the best of your Temecula visit. This home requires an additional contract to be signed and returned upon booking.
