Milestone birthday celebration

We gathered to celebrate my mon’s 90th birthday. The home was perfect for our family. We all slept comfortably, had our meals together, played games and enjoyed each other’s company. The kitchen was big and open allowing us to gather and cook together.

Wonderful place

We rented this home to spend time with family the weekend of my daughter’s wedding . It was nothing short of amazing! I would rent this property again . The views were spectacular and the home was warm and inviting

Our daughter had her wedding recently at a winery in Temecula, and this property was located perfectly for our needs. We have a large family, so this spacious property was great. The local property managers were very prompt to answer our questions and needs.

Clean, open floor plan, perfect for a large group.

Rented the house for a family wedding. Plenty of space, great seculed location on a hill, but still easy to get around. Would recommend for a large group to get together in a central location without feeling cramped. Someone checked us in and the communication was excellent.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Home was beautiful; spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and closets; every amenity provided; great game room with board games, pool, poker, and foosball. TV’S in every room; great kitchen and eating areas; Exquisite outdoor patio with cabanas and lighted grotto. Hot air balloons hovered nearly every morning. For our family - 10 adults and 8 kids ages 1 to 15, it was absolutely perfect!

Amazing place to stay. Highly recommended!

This place is great, spacious and beautiful. The internet is fast, too. The hosts are professional. Checking in and checking out were super easy. They gave me a link to their app that has a thorough description for everything, so I don't need to ask the hosts too many questions. Communicating with the hosts and the AvantStay team was also super easy and smooth. They always answer promptly. My guests are happy and satisfied with this place. I will definitely book this place again in the future.

Absolutely Stunning

I am a hard man to please, but this home was as close to "perfect" as they come. It's an absolutely stunning and comfortable space. There was never a dull moment this weekend between the cook-off contest (with 2 kitchens we were able to do teams!), to our numerous game nights. We enjoyed watching the hot air balloons in the morning and the sunset at night from one of the many outdoor seating areas. The view from the rooftop deck at night was spectacular, highly recommend. We really enjoyed ourselves and AvantStay, as a host, was very accommodating. We will definitely rent this home, or another of theirs, sometime in the near future.

Love love love!

The house is so clean and comfortable! The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook. We cooked all of our meals there and enjoyed using all the nice utensils. I love that there aren’t random plates/mugs/dishes. It looks well put together. The outdoor area is very nice as well. Nice fire pits, pool, gas grill and hot tub. We watched balloons float by every morning! So cool. We also took long walks around the neighborhood. We could not have asked for a better stay that included lots of rest! Thank you!

Perfect for our family reunion!

Our group of 13 women had a wonderful weekend in Temecula wine country - and this was the perfect location. Proximity to the local wineries and restaurants made it easy and convenient to get around. There isn't a bad view from this property - our favorite was enjoying our morning coffee on the outdoor patio and watching the hot air balloons fly by. The home had everything we needed - plenty of dishes, utensils, serving pieces, two coffee pots, plenty of paper products and soap. The beds were amazing - everyone slept great. No shortage of hot water, even with 13 consecutive showers! The jacuzzi worked perfectly and was a fun end to the evening for some of our guests. Check in and check out were a breeze - communication was easy and I always received a prompt reply. I would highly recommend this property for a visit to wine country!

Temecula Villa Review

we had a fantastic family weekend at this villa. the location is excellent, in the heart of the wineries. the house is spacious so lots of room for everyone, and a large kitchen. the property could use a bit of maintenance though, a few little things that could have made it better - all minor things, ie, kettle that had a hole and leaked, broken shower faucet in master (both faucets need replacing), loose shower faucet in downstairs bathroom, door handle needed tightening as it almost fell off in downstairs bedroom door, lack of any spices, salt/pepper in kitchen (common in other VRBO rentals i have had). minor stuff but house is showing some wear and tear, and clearly only a rental that no one lives in ever. it was an 8 of 10 for us, but we were expecting a 10 out of 10 given the cost.

Wonderful villa for a large group/family

Our family stayed here for 7 nights over the holidays and had a wonderful experience. The villa is very spacious, comprised of three levels with a well laid out floor plan, large kitchen, family room, etc. Everyone had their own space, and restroom which was great - no one felt cramped at all. The house was perfect for our large group of 10. There were three main outdoor areas which were all very nice with the hot tub, fire pits and large rooftop patio off of the game room. Sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous. The location was ideal, at the top of the hill with an amazing view and right in the heart of wine country. The villa had plenty of pots & pans, utensils etc for our cooking needs in the kitchen, however there were no spices at all. Fortunately we knew ahead of time and had brought all of them with us. The house management team and property manager were very responsive and did their best to accommodate our requests. The overall experience was very pleasant. I highly recommend this villa and hope to stay there again one day. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Cleanliness and maintenance

Hi We were very disappointed with cleanliness of surrounding and backyard. We had to walk all bench and floor to have dinner outside. Inside house we had lots of maintenance issues. We were there for family reunion and we had to deal with maintenance guy coming and fixing all day. Our shower door, ac didn’t work cool. Bathroom flush not working, we had to wash roof top balcony since it’s full of dust and we had people allergic to dust. Hot tub outside not heating good. Dining table chairs were broken. TV was not streaming and not working. No soaps and shampoos in bathrooms. We were disappointed with 3 days stay since we had to deal with lots of issue. Hope you guys compensate us somehow!

Paradise in Wine Country!

Impressive property! Wow! was the first impression. House was more than adequate for our family get together. Rooms were large and the beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was fabulous and had everything we needed. Jacuzzi was a big hit, and the firepit was great for making s'mores! Close to wineries, and you can even watch the hot air balloons from the patio everyday. Great house!
