We traveled as a group of 14 and everything about this house was beyond expectations! From the size of the house, to being on the beach and the location, and the entire staff who took care of us, it was an incredible experience. Gustavo is an excellent chef! Moises and the staff took excellent care of us. The communication and checking in on us about our stay was very welcoming and they were very helpful in giving us info on the town and things to do in the area. Very highly recommend staying at Casa Taj! You will not regret it!

I can’t say enough, how amazing our experience was and how great the accommodations were. Working with Tropical homes to assemble a fun and well organized experience that was executed to perfection. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the views from this place are uncanny. I would come back in a heartbeat and do plan to.

We have stayed here multiple times and plan to stay here again next year. It's a fantastic location, great views, and the house is amazing. There are always updates it seems every year and it's truly an experience just being there. There is so much to do and see, and the reality is you can stay in the house and have just as much peace. We (17 of us this last time) look forward to being there sooner than later. Pura Vida!

This property was amazing. wonderful facilities, plenty of room, gathering places, sunset views! It was painful to leave! Gustav and Moises were amazing in the kitchen. The cleaners were like elves cleaning the space around us. The staff was always there to help. Concierge was amazing as well. Setting up our trips, making last minute changes - service with a smile. Thank you for all of you support ot make this the best vacation ever! Pura Vida!!!

An absolutely incredible experience end to end - Maria did an incredible job of coordinating every detail and the team (chef, bartender, housekeeper, security, etc) did so much above and beyond to surprise and delight us — from cutting fresh coconuts for coconut water, building a bonfire and more. Couldn’t recommend this more!

The house, the property, and especially the staff, were all beyond expectations! The house is absolutely stunning. All of the rooms were exceptional, and we had plenty of room for our party of 18. The pool area had more than enough seating. The beach was beautiful and just beyond the pool. Again, the entire staff provided such a fantastic experience, and we cannot thank them enough!

We held our yoga retreat here, and everyone had an amazing time. Plenty of beds, and the house was beautiful. The Chefs were amazing and the cleaning ladies were very nice. It was a GREAT surprise when a lady came by, right after we arrived, stating that they offer massages out on the balcony and gave us their business card. Needless to say some got a massage Mon Wed and Fri. They were great! Highly recommend this home!

The house staff was great, took care of all the cooking, cleaning and laundry. House was roomy, comfortable and a great location. The in-room safes didn't work correctly or as expected. The kayaks were nice to have but need repairs. (missing plugs and rigging)

Our family of 18 ages 4 to 71 stayed a week here and had a great time. The staff was amazing. They were all hard workers, friendly, accommodating and always helpful when we needed something. The food was amazing!! I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing - Book it now! Large home with 3 levels, fit our family of 15 ranging in age from 87 to 14 Months with room to spare. Lots of places to spread out, have your own quiet space, or gather for meals, fun in the bar, pool, balcony and overlooking the ocean. The staff was kind, courteous and the chef made amazing meals we all enjoyed. Great time was had by all, memories that will last a lifetime.

We had such a fantastic time at this lovely house in Potrero that my kids still lovingly refer to as “our mansion” - we were treated like royalty for a few days by our masterful chef and lovely cleaning staff, as well as Moises, our bartender. It was very hot when we stayed, and we had a bit of trouble with the AC units, but help came promptly and everything was repaired. I give this property my highest recommendation!

Casa Taj is incredible! You literally walk out the back door of one of the most beautiful houses I've ever seen onto one of the best beaches I've ever been to. The onsite staff was fantastic, especially the chefs. The staff also took care of all laundry and cleaning every day. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Taj!

My guest and I were blown away by the property. The pictures were exactly what we saw and even better! The food was superb. Being able to wake up and walk directly to the beach everyday was such an amazing experience. Messages were answered promptly too. We plan to come back in 2024 for sure.

The Casa Taj on Playa Potrero lived up to expectations! The location is stunning, the beach was beautiful and quiet even during the most popular time of year, and the staff, inclusive of chef and kitchen helpers, housekeepers, pool attendant, and security made the experience something truly special. The house itself is fantastic, with incredible views of the beach, great pool, lawn games, beach chairs, and beautiful sunsets!

It was our family of 16 vacation. We have always done Cabo or Hawaii for the week of Thanksgiving and decided we would like to visit Costa Rica. No one was disappointed. Ages from 75-3 and there was something for everyone. The Chef and special staff were excellent and made us feel right at home. Could not have asked for a better vacation . Hope to be able to return again soon.

We were a family of 16, 8 adults and 8 grandchildren -aged 6-11.There was plenty of space for each family and for common areas for gatherings. The pool (and hot tub) and beach were beautiful and water perfectly clear and warm.The staff were 5 star in every way. Gustavo cooked amazing meals and the home was impeccable as well as the laundry service .The concierge was completely committed to us and our needs and made memorable suggestions for outings and trips for the entire week. Outstanding vacation was had by all three generations!
