「Excellent. From the rooms to the perfect breakfast. The only hotel that recognized my status on Expedia and upgraded. Helpful staff from the reception to the people cleaning rooms and the breakfast staff. We will return. Centrally located and highly recommend it 」

「Very clean swimming pool. Breakfast from menu was not the healthiest but the staff catered to our needs. Prefer to see healthy options nowadays, Greek yoghurt, berries, granola, avocado and scrambled/poached eggs. There was a Sunday brunch which was well attended and there was lots of choice. Not all staff speak English very well, but Nouri the restaurant manager was delightful and Aran the waiter was most attentive. The food in the evening is of a very high standard, in fact we liked it so much...

「The room and facilities were excellent, especially for the price. However, there was one incident that astonished me. I was eating breakfast and they have a few cats that wander around the dining area. One of them jumped onto where the buffet is and started eating the cheese and meats. Somebody called one of the staff over, and he removed the cat and put it outside, but he just left the food that the cat was eating where it was for other guests to eat.」

「Save your money and don't go to this hotel, They don't have any respect for their guests. No one is available at the front desk. There is a power outage every 2 hrs and ac is to old to cool the rooms. It was hot whole night. Also when you open the balcony's door the ac stops working and resets! What a shame and disrespectful. The bathroom is too small and rusted. Seems they don't do maintenance on their amenities. There is no towel in their rooms, no shampuan, no soaps. Service is zero,...
