"While the hotel is located in a busy neighborhood, once you step inside the facility, there is a sense of calmness. You are made to feel safe and relaxed. We used their sauna while we were there. It was a relaxing private experience. We really enjoyed it. The staff went out of their ways to make us feel comfortable. It was like going to a spa. Our room was spacious for our family of four. Besides two large beds, there was a sitting area with a sofa and a coffee station. There was no closet, but there was a coat rack. I think that space could be better utilized by turning it into a closet for luggage storage. The washroom was of a good size. The decor was minimalist. I don’t know if it was intentional, but the shower curtain was a little short, and there was no curbs to the shower, so every time someone showered, the whole washroom floor got wet. Also, the sinks were quite small, in relation to the rest of the room. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel’s location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, we had a good experience."

"The staff is particularly friendly and helpful. Located within walking distance of the Osanbashi cruise port terminal. Safe neighborhood. Lawson and 7-Eleven stores are about a block away. Very nice guest drink reception from 2-9 pm offering wine on tap, tea, fruit drinks, sift drinks, hersheys kisses and biscoff çookies."

"We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and reasonably priced, especially for such a central location. We’re so glad we chose it over a hotel.We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Japan!"

"The property is in the heart of China Town with plenty of choices for food and entertainment, most of which open till very late. It’s also within walking distance from all the tourist destinations in Yokohama. It’s a great spot for pre-cruise accommodation if your embarkation is at Osanbashi. Communication with staff is prompt and courteous. Highly recommended for families with children or teens."
