Our second stay at Casa Ermita

Once again, we had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Ermita. The property was very clean and comfortable, with easy parking right outside. Well located for walking in the Teno Alto area and the weather was hot and sunny every day!

Casa Ermita

The property was spacious and clean and very well equipped for self catering. It is in a very convenient location for walking in the Teno Alto region and exploring the North West of the island..we would certainly use this property again.

Baustellenlärm

Unser Aufenthalt in der prinzipiell schönen und sehr gut eingerichteten Ferienwohnung wurde durch kleine und größere Beinträchtigungen zum nur eingeschränkt schönen Ferienerlebnis. Unmittelbar vor der Wohnung fanden Srassen- und Kanalisationsarbeiten mit sehr viel Lärm un Erschütterungen des Hauses statt. Zeitweilig wurde auch das Wasser abgestellt. Im Haus funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht und über dem Esstisch bröckelte der Putz von der durch das darüberliegende Badezimmer feuchten Decke.Der Vermieter wurde sofort über die Mängel informiert, ohne sie abzustellen oder eine Preisminderung zu gewähren.

Aufenthalt im Februar 2020

Wir haben im Februar 2020 drei Wochen in diesem Haus in Los Silos verbracht. Insgesamt macht das Haus einen sehr guten Eindruck. Es ist sauber. Das Wohnzimmer mit eingebauter Küche ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Herd sehr gut zum Kochen geeignet, incl. der dazugehörigen Ausstattung. Das Internet funktioniert gut und zuverlässig. Der Fernseher bietet alle deutschen Sender plus deutschsprachiges Radio. Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Bad mit anschließender Terrasse in der oberen Etage sprechen an. Die Dachterrasse gestattet einen attraktiven Rundblick von den Bergen über den Ort bis zum Meer. Ein Wermutstropfen muß leider erwähnt werden. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar am Kreisverkehr mit der einzigen Zufahrtsstraße zum am Meer gelegenen Teil des Ortes. So kann mitunter eine erhebliche Lärmbelastung stören, besonders dann, wenn morgens gegen 6 Uhr der Berufsverkehr einsetzt oder nachts die Müllcontainer geleert werden. Das wäre auch weniger problematisch, wenn die Fenster, insbesondere in den Schlafzimmern , ausreichenden Schallschutz bieten würden. Schade! Josette und Thomas

Sehr schön

Unterkunft war sehr gut eingerichtet, insbesondere für Menschen, die gerne kochen. Die sanitären Einrichtungen waren ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und das Bett sehr bequem. Ebenso konnte man deutsches Fernsehen in sehr guter Qualität empfangen und der Internetanschluss war hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.
