「We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...

「Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre. 「This was our first visit to All Seasons resort and we weren’t disappointed. The room was spacious and airy and well appointed although the electric cooker was disappointing. All of the staff were exceptionally polite and well versed in their jobs. The property is well positioned and is an easy walk into Hole Town. Would definitely stay here again」

「The manor house common areas are decorated artfully and the seating is comfortable. The pool is made to look like a grotto and is very pleasant, especially when the frogs start to sing. Strolling the grounds is a treat and the peacocks are quite entertaining. The dining is excellent and I had shrimp each day in different dishes. The chef cooks it perfectly! 」

「I had an overnight stay that was planned last min. I originally planned to stay two nights but realized that it was just not for me - ( I had originally came from the popular tourist area and needed to backfill two nights ) although they realized it was just not my style both hosts went above and beyond to accommodate me as much as possible and even worked to get me a refund for the next night - the place is lovely and quiet and perfect for anyone looking for just that! 」

「The rooms have been considerably upgraded and are much more comfortable than before Marriott took over. But the use of buffet-dinner arrangements at premium prices is disappointing and not good value for money. You don't pay these sorts of prices to have to serve yourself. Apart from the room renovation the hotek is not much improved from the Elegant days but is much more expensive. 」
