The host never showed up to do my check-in. I was not able to access the property. The phone number on the listing is wrong and takes you to a hotel in Serbia. Avoid at all costs.

The booking for this property is a scam. The phone number connects to a random hotel in Serbia. We turned up to stay for 2 nights and there was no one to let us in and we were not given any check-in details. We had to book another place and have still not heard anything from the property. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

We had a lovely stay. I would give 5 stars except the kitchen was a little under equipped with no utensils for cooking and no garbage can. Also, both the bed and the couch were very firm. They were both so firm it made it hard for both me and my husband to sleep. Other than that everything was great. I would consider staying here again if the sleeping surfaces weren't so firm.

Booked this hotel and have no idea which property i was suppose to stay in. I contacted the number on the advert it was a random number in Serbia. There was no code and no way to enter the property. No one was there to ask and no information was given anywhere. We had come when it was wet and dark and had to find a different place to stay. The next day is the same problem. No one to ask and no information provided. DO NOT BOOK HERE. We ended up in a different hotel and asked them and they said we get customers this way when they book at Sirius Lux and they cannot get in. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Fraud. Scammers. Avoid

-1 out of 10 Complete scammers. You book and pay and then when you try and check in there is noone around. There are multiple properties so you have no idea which to try and enter. There is no key code messaged to you. The number is also a scam and is someone unrelated to the property in Serbia. When we message on hotels.com there is no answer. When we message hotels.com they say the hotel policy is no refunds. So basically you can list a hotel, not give access to the property to anyone, take the money and as its written that you have zero refunds they think they can get away with it. Keep messaging hotels.com and they have to sort out a refund. Also ask for compensation. This is woeful and should not be allowed.

Le propriétaire nous a envoyé un message, pour annuler la réservation une demie heure après le début de l’horaire du Check in, alors que nous étions à quelques kilomètres, Pourtant, notre réservation avait été accepté par l’hôtel plus de 2 semaines avant. Nous n’avons pas trouvé d’hébergement disponible malgré nos efforts, une journée de visites perdues et après avoir brulé tous notre forfait téléphonique, nous avons fini par dormir dans la voiture. Quel sens du professionnalisme !

Vorsicht! Scheint ein Fake Inserat zu sein!!!

Als wir in der Unterkunft ankamen, behauptete die Eigentümerin oder Verwalterin, dass wir keine Buchung gemacht hätten. Sie hätte gar keinen Vertrag mit www.hotels.com. Sie versuchte von uns mehrmals die nochmalige Bezahlung der bereits einen Monat früher bezahlten Miete zu erwirken. Dies obwohl wir ihr alle Unterlagen und den Zahlungsbeleg von hotels.com zustellten. Ihre Kommunikation war sehr agressiv, sodass wir das Apartment nach kurzer Zeit wieder verliessen und uns eine andere Unterkunft suchten. Wir meldeten uns beim Tourismusbüro und der Polizei. Niemand schien der Vorfall zu interessieren. Wenigstens erstattete uns www.hotels.com nach ca. 6 Wochen unseren Schaden zurück. Wer hinter diesem Betrug steckt, wissen wir nicht. Vorsicht mit dieser Unterkunft!

Schön, aber viel Verbessungspotential

Schöne, neuer Location. Leider haben sich bei uns diverse Kleinigkeiten angehäuft, was den Aufenthalt stark verschlechtert hat. So zum Beispiel: - falsche Hauszuteilung bei Ankunft. Nach Reklamation durften wir umziehen - Reinigung lässt mehr als zu wünschen übrig (siehe Bilder), weisse Socken tragen nicht empfohlen 😬 - Wifi die halbe Zeit nicht verfügbar. Wenns lief, dann so langsam, dass nicht mal Whatsapp funktionierte. - Vorhänge verdunkeln viel zu wenig. Nervig bei Sonnenaufgang um 5:20 Uhr. Noch mehr nervt aber, dass es zwei Scheinwerfer gibt, welche direkt auf die Scheiben gerichtet sind. Diese können NICHT ausgeschaltet werden - Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen vorhanden, es fehlt jedoch ein Bügelbrett - Zufahrt sehr abenteuerlich, da die Zufahrtsstrasse aus Schotter besteht, die massive Löcher aufweist - Duschabfluss läuft kaum ab
