This condo is located at Vista Encantada, a gated community in the heart of Riviera Nayarit, surrounded by jungle with spectacular ocean views. We are located 50 miles north of Puerto Vallarta and about 25 minutes north of Sayulita. The Sueños Del Mar Condominiums all have ocean views. Amenities include huge swimming pool, gym, jungle walking paths and putting green. Our Pickle ball court is ready for play. Las Cuevitas beach an almost private beach/bay is just down the street from the development. Chacala beach is minutes away where you can eat a great seafood meal at one of the beach restaurants, swim in the pristine waters and nap in a hammock if you please.
