“INCREDIBLE place”

“Want your vacation ruined — this is the place for you! I am absolutely seething with fury after my experience at this so-called hotel. If there were a way to give this place negative stars, I would do it without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, it was a complete disaster. We arrived with a confirmed booking, tired and expecting a smooth check-in, only to be told — with shocking indifference — that they “couldn’t find” our reservation. No apology, no urgency, no accountability. Just……

“The views are really nice, there aren't a lot of things to do in this hotel after the second day you will be very bored. Very minimal amenities, the whirlpool have heaters but you have to plan ahead as they don't turn them on unless you ask them to. During our last two days a storm knocked down power, and although they have a generator they purposely turn it off at 10 PM which leaves every hotel guest completely in the dark with no power, no internet, and no air. It was very hard to sleep the……

“Hôtel sécurisé et très bien placé. Le gérant est extrêmement serviable, n'hésite pas à rendre service et à accompagner dans la rue pour vous orienter. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Il manque quelques agréments pour être confortable si le séjour est de plusieurs jours (des crochets dans la salle de bain pour les serviettes, des endroits où poser vos affaires de toilette,...)”

“We liked the location, not far from the termales. It's a nice big place with lots of beds and a private parking area. It's good for a big group of family or friends. A negative was that there were a few cockroaches, and some boxes sitting in the living room. It seemed like maybe no one had rented it for a while. When we stayed, two of the rooms were inaccessible to us because of construction. We didn't know this ahead of time. Also, the key to the outdoor seating and recreation area was not……

“I reserved the basic cabin. On Exepdia there are no pictures that show that the basic cabin is about 10 x 10 feet and that the only article in the room is a matrass on the floor. It also does not state that the toilet and shower are about 100 feet away from the cabin and that there is not even a path to get to them. You have to walk over grass that becomes extremely soggy when wet. There is only wifi in the restaurant and no electrical outlets in the cabin. I just want to state that the info……

“Our stay was fantastic here. The people are extremely helpful the breakfast i delicious and the horel and surrounding areas are beautiful. The views from the 2nd floor balconies are bar none. ”

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären gern länger geblieben. Zimmer und Bad sind groß, sauber + modern eingerichtet, das leckere Frühstück wird am Pool serviert - wir kommen gerne wieder.”
