「Historic hotel in centre. Quiet despite it's location as the rooms are facing a courtyard not the street. Helpful staff who helped arrange transportation to the hot springs, as well as, the airport. There are securuty measures in place: ie three located gates which are assessible with the keys given.」

「Excellent location. The hotel is located in a perfect location for travel by taxi bus or walking. The staff at the hotel are excellent in every way. I stayed here twice and I was very happy with everything the rooms and the hotel are super clean and the staff are very attentive and friendly. There is onsite parking and an elevator if you need it. The location is very safe I have stayed in many hotels in the area including Pereira. This is by far the best. If you're thinking about visiting this...
