「I did not stay at this property as I was unable to gain access and the exterior was like entering the set of a Halloween movie. I am requesting a full refund. It was no where near as it was presented. Total misrepresentation and I have pictures. I did not stay and paid another 300 elsewhere Had guests from Canada and was totally embarrassed that they would think I would ask them to stay in such a disgusting place. You should check your properties before presenting them」

「When we arrived it was 95 degrees and the window air conditioner had NOT been turned on and we arrived around 5pm and not cool till about 2am. AC unit not big enough for the size of room. Sparse on plates, glasses and silverware. Only 1 wash rag for 2 people. Needs new gasket on entry door. No check-out instructions. With these upgrades it would rate a rating of 9.5 out of 10.」

「The place was a little hard to find as we didn't see the street sign name. The place was as pictured in the review. Glad parking was right in front. We couldn't connect the wifi and one of the the rooms it fekt like the floor would fall through. Glad to have had plenty of cookware to use. It was also close to plenty of food stores. "The service was extremely poor. In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?"
