Perfect for our one night stay to visit Yesterland (which is literally 1 minute away). The owners have thought of everything. Lots of thoughtful touches. The kids really enjoyed the cookies and muffins provided for breakfast. It was very quiet and easy for our DoorDasher to find. We would likely need more square footage if staying more than a night or 2 but for one or 2 nights, it is great!

Absolute perfect place to stay, especially if attending First Monday Trade Days. The hosts, Jason and Jennifer are so friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and well suited for our girls trip. We asked for suggestions for restaurants and enjoyed a wonderful steak at a family owned business. After sleeping on possibly the best mattress I’ve ever been on, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast cooked by Jason and were entertained with the best/worst dad jokes! It was a wonderful experience all around. Jennifer and Jason will treat you like family!

Girl's Weekend

We booked two nights at Elken and we're so glad we did! Jenn and Jason were excellent hosts. The property is peaceful and just what we needed. We enjoyed the pool, lots of conversation and Breakfast each morning (especially Saturdays). The rooms are perfect! No detail left out. We had a great time and hope to return.

A little glimpse of Heaved on earth.

Jennifer and Jason were fantastic hosts and their place was a perfect escape from the day to day grind. The beds were so comfortable, the food was delicious, and the whole place was very inviting. This was our second visit and we'll be back again!

Ladies Canton trip not long enough!

This place was amazing! Everything was super clean and seemed brand new! Owners were very attentive to our every need. Hot tub was super relaxing after walking all day at the trade days. Plan on booking another stay soon!

Elken Resort Magic!

My husband and I stayed here for Valentines Day weekend. We had an amazing time and enjoyed every minute! From the suite, to the hot tub :), to the fabulous breakfast, it was great! Jason and Jennifer are wonderful hosts and a true blessing! We will be returning soon with our whole family.

I can’t find a word perfect enough to describe this beautiful place and the people who own it. Very communicative, on top of things, and even sociable to my kids and I. The pool was very clean along with the room. They were responsive on giving us more towels and coffee when needed. The massage was amazing I even got a second. Will be returning. Loved EVERYTHING about this stay, almost. Jason and Jennifer are AMAZING humans who really take pride in their property and your experience. A few things that made my heart smile were personal notes by the suite door at arrival and at your placemat at breakfast, QTIPS!!!, s’mores brought to the door, hot tub jets, and Jason’s attempt of being a stand up/sit down comedian, and just how friendly they were. Wasn’t a fan of the put together bed that slid apart throughout the night but I think that can be fixed, minor detail. My girl was happy for her birthday and that makes me super happy. Thank you for being GREAT hosts!

To begin our spring break, my daughter (9) and I were guests at the Elken Retreat. Early communications with hosts Jason and Jennifer made me feel comfortable about our trip. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted. We made our way to our suite and immediately were overwhelmed with how cute the decor and finishings were. The small touches made us feel welcome. Not only were the unexpected chocolate chip cookies delicious (yes, we ate them all), so were the muffins and fruit! Thank you Jason and Jennifer for being attentive, responsive, and present! Continued blessings for what I now consider a home away from our home! You'll see us again!

Me and my three sisters stayed here for a “girls” weekend without kiddos. It could not have been better! The hosts, Jason and Jennifer, are not only precious, but incredible at creating a beautiful, relaxing escape for people. Everything was so thoughtfully arranged, from the quality of the beds/linens, to the amazing s’mores set up, pleasant music, and even name plates and thoughtful signage throughout. This is the perfect place for any kind of girls trip/romantic getaway/scrapbook retreat, etc. The setting is convenient to all the cute shops in Canton, the rooms have everything you could possibly need (including extra toothbrush), and the hot tub and pool are divine! I will definitely be back! Thank you for the amazing hospitality! You are wonderful people and I wish you the best!

Amazing Hosts and Beautiful Property

My friends and I enjoyed a weekend away at the ELKen Retreat and we absolutely loved the entire atmosphere. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of and was a fantastic communicator. Jason made the most beautiful and delicious breakfasts and made sure to keep the property amenities clean and usable. We will definitely be visiting again and would recommend to anyone!

We stayed here for a moms’ getaway on a non-trades day weekend. This place was perfect for our stay! Jennifer is so friendly and responsive right from the start—they were always available to answer any questions. The homemade breakfasts were such a treat and so filling! We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub and several of us got massages as well. Jason and Jennifer were also great at offering suggestions on restaurants, coffee, and shopping! We thoroughly enjoyed their property and were able to unwind and relax. Lots of nice little touches and perks—Jennifer is such a gifted hostess! We will definitely be back!
