“Our hosts greeted us very nicely and were responsive to our messages about our arrival time and our request for information about the municipal water issue that occurred on one of the days we were there. The house is much nicer in actuality than what you see in the photos, and so is the garden. It is an old stone house with thick walls, so it was colder in the first floor of the house than outside (upstairs is cozier). The area is very interesting, we enjoyed it. “We needed a property that could sleep at least 6 people and had multiple bathrooms. It was a bonus that this property was unique in its history. The owners worked hard to fix and upgrade this property and it shows. It was less than 15 minutes from where my mom grew up and where our family lives, making it ideal. The owners made us feel very welcome and accommodating with our busy schedule. They added little touches like fresh flowers and juices that personalized our stay. If we come back to that……
