"We loved our stay here in Syracuse. We could walk to several historical attractions and even better we could walk to Ortigia. Be sure to book a sunset cruise. It was so beautiful and a lot of fun. It's only a 5-10 minute walk to catch the bus to the airport. Another plus! We highly recommend this hotel."

"I mean there is a reason for the price and its entirely justified with this stunning Marriot property. Everything was wonderfully curated, the spa was lovely, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was attentive and went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable and had everything you needed. And im not just saying that, the front desk literally got on the phone same day as we were supposed to travel across sicily (we hadn't booked a car yet) and fought with like 3 different locations to get us a car. Everything was randomly sold out but they got it done for us. Just an incredible experience."

"Points forts: L’endroit est incroyable, bien situé. Très propre et ça sent vraiment bon. Nous avions le grand balcon avec Jacuzzi. La vue est magnifique. L’appartement était vraiment beau avec cuisinette. Entrée autonome qui s’est bien passée. Point faible: Nous avons eu un problème avec le Jacuzzi. Ils nous ont répondu mais le problème a été réglé à moitié. L’eau est demeurer froide. Le problème majeur est qu’il y avait un problème électrique et un son revenait à tous les 40 secondes exactement. Nous avons à peine dormi la première nuit. Nous avons signaler le problème par écrit. Aucune réponse… nous nous sommes rendus à l’entrée avons expliqué notre problème pour qu’il soit réglé la nuit d’après et … ils ont rien fait et nous ont même pas réécris ! Donc une autre nuit à ne pas dormir ! Une chance qu’on avait juste deux nuits ! C’est triste car c’est un endroit incroyable si on enlève ce gros problème !"
