A beuiful house

We loved the stay at casa chimo. The pool was wonderful and also easy to find places in shodow. The youth loved to play pingis and pool.

Beautiful villa, great facilities, close to local beach and 25 minute walk into Moraira town.

There were 7 in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone and the facilities provided matched our expectations. Secure parking for both our vehicles was a nice plus, could have squeezed another 3-4 cars in as well if needed. We were very happy with our weeks stay there and would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone else.

In need of modernisation

Whilst the property has many good features, and is of a very good size and location it is let down by a number of issues. The pool area requires maintenance and the additional pool shower was left unused due to it not having been cleaned for many months- full of debris, with a whole in the roof. The outdoor room with games and additional kitchen is tired and does not have functioning air conditioning, the toilet is broken and the whole area needs a refresh and clean. There were ongoing issues with plumbing and a leak in one of the bedrooms, whilst it was dealt with, it was disruptive to our stay. The main kitchen oven did not function properly. The overall issues could be resolved with a total refresh of the property, considering the cost of the rental this should be dealt with prior to any further lettings.

Très agréable maison, dans un quartier calme, magnifique jardin exotique et belle vue dégagée. Cuisine un peu juste en surface, bonne literie Plage du Portet à pied , mais retour difficile , ça grimpe ! Nous n’avons eu aucun désagrément pendant notre séjour et passé d’excellentes vacances .

Ruime villa met veel privacy.Groot, aangenaam zwembad. Strand op wandelafstand maar terugtocht is door de steile helling een stevige opdracht. Aparte keuken met bar en biljart is een leuke extra. Wij hadden een fantastische vakantie👍👍

Excepcional !!!! La casa con todo lo necesario y estupenda distribución. La piscina y zona exterior muy completa, perfecta. Jardines donde poder perderse en rincones cuidados con mimo. Incluida una zona de salón, comedor y cocina ideal. Solo le falta ..... disfrutarla como se merece !

Merece la pena estar en este lugar. Tiene un jardín precioso, la casa es amplia y sencilla. La playa está muy cerquita y aunque hay una cuesta importante se tarda muy poquito en llegar al mar. La piscina tiene un tamaño adecuado y, la mesa de ping pong y el billar también sirven de entretenimiento. Importante: hay mosquitos sobre todo por la tarde. La casa tiene mosquiteras pero hay que llevar algún repelente.

Superb villa, garden, swimming pool and ...

Superb villa, garden, swimming pool and surrounding area. Walkable distance (down the hill) to beachside cafe's for breakfast and/or lunch as well as a small supermarket at the bottom of the hill as well. A 20-30 minute walk into the centre of town/Castle to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. All in all - 9/10 rating. Fantastic villa for a relaxing few days with family or friends.

Super huis op mooie locatie. Prachtige tuin met tuinhuis waar een complete keuken in zit. Inclusief pizza oven en paella pan. Strand op 7 minuten lopen (wel stijle weg terug omhoog) wij komen graag nog eens terug!
