  • Located in Moraira, the holiday home "El Pinito Moraira" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with a shower), as well as an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, heating, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are available for a fee, and an additional sofa bed is available upon request, however, this is only for 1 child since there is limited space. Beach/pool towels are provided.

    The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a fenced pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

    A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.

    One pet is allowed for a fee.

Una casa preciosa y cómoda

Pros: Tener piscina se agradece, muy bien ubicada y hace muy cómoda la estancia. Cons: No es importante, pero no supimos hacer funcionar el horno y una sombrilla o toldo en la terraza no vendría mal para la hora de comer.

Klein und Fein

Pros: Das Haus an sich ist sehr gut geschnitten und prinzipiell mit Allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der kleine Pool im Garten rundet das Ganze ab. Man kann zu Fuß das Zentrum in ca. 10 Min bequem erreichen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Cons: Es war nicht viel, möchten es aber trotzdem erwähnen: -Eine Liege im Gartenwar defekt. -Ein neuer Besen kostet nicht viel und wäre angebracht; vielleicht auch ein 2ter für draußen. -Der vorhandene Grill ist vom Prinzip her super, allerdings ist er auch schon in die Jahre gekommen und versaut durch fehlende auffangbehältnisse den Boden; eine Grillzange haben wir gekauft und für die kommenden Gäste vor Ort gelassen.
