There were 13% in taxes that did not show up in “This is the price you pay” promo. The owner, Hotels.com and Evolve all said it would be addressed so hopefully that issue has been resolved. “The house was set up perfect for a family gathering. We swam, bbq’d, played games fixed meals and just relaxed. The host was so responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend this home and host for any family looking to rent. Better than any hotel! ”

“Maria has a very nice home. Her little dog Max is so sweet and well behaved. Her home is very clean and well maintained. Clean sheets and towels. The neighborhood is very safe feeling. I traveled alone for an appointment in Texarkana. I felt very safe staying here. I just needed a night. I got off work at 6 and drove my hour and 45 minutes. I arrived at 8pm. “I love this home and the location! The grounds are gorgeous amidst a bunch of pine trees. It was so pleasant sitting on the top deck listening to the wind rustling the pines.
