「The hotel is new but service is already in place. All are clean and well prepared. Breakfast list has enough choice and it is delicious. All staff are very helpful and we received a very warm welcome from the GM who has done a very good job. 」

「The hotel welcomed us like coming back to my home. Staff was staying at each corner, so it was very easy to ask any requests to the staff whenever I want. The ambience is like 1930’s, which takes me back to the good old time, and it matches to the Laos’s calm & slow atmosphere. The most grateful thing I’ve had was that the hotel staff arranged the one day tour from the hotel to Vang Vieng even though I’d asked them few days before. 「スタッフに日本語を話す人がいて安心感がある。冷蔵庫が冷えないというトラブルがあったが、すぐに対応してくれて問題はなかった。部屋は広くスタッフは全員フレンドリー。朝食も美味しかった。部屋の掃除とタオルの交換はリクエスト制になっている。外出時にリクエストしておけばきちんとやってくれる。とてもリラックスして滞在できたのはスタッフの笑顔のお陰だと感謝。」

「酒店位置位於巷子內，租車司機也找不到，要打電話到酒店詢問，而且正門面對一個地盤，不過噪音不多。附近有很多咖啡店、餐廳、找換店、便利店等等，一般遊客需要的基本一應俱全，而且步行距離已可到達永珍市內大部分景點。 接待處職員十分有禮，而且英語很好，很快回應住客問題。 酒店內很整潔，床亦很舒服，基本設備亦齊全，惟窗戶近距離面對對面大廈，景觀一般，而且沒有升降機，如果行李很重會比較麻煩，不過以包括房間連早餐而言，這價錢也不需太挑剔了。」
