「The hotel is located on the banks of the Mekong River, a ten minute drive to the airport, thirty minute drive to the High Speed Railway Station and five minutes away from the CBD. The facility is new, the staff very friendly and the facilities agreeable. Our room overlooked the river. On the far side we could see the lights of Thailand. A delightful open roof top bar and restaurant served fine food and wine at sensible prices. At night the atmosphere was enhanced with the occasional aeroplane...

「빠뚜사이, 남푸분수, 메콩강. 쇼핑센터 등 주변 관광지를 걸어다닐수 있는 적당한 거리에 있습니다. 직원분들은 매우 친절하고 조식도 맛있어요. 왓타이공항은 뚝뚝이를 타고 15분 걸렸어요. 일정의 많은 시간을 호텔에서 주로 머물렀는데 편안한 시간이었습니다. 」

「I was asking a taxi from the hotel to airport. They offered me to take the hotel transfer which cost me 10Usd. As everyone know, the stardard rate for a taxi from airport to town cost only 7usd, so i ask if they can help me to book a taxi. The reception staff ask me to look for a taxi number MySELF and they help me call. WHAT!? Is it possible a five star hotel not having a taxi company number ? Tell your boss it's not the correct way to do business which make your guest feel uncomfortable...

「Good, clean hotel. Smallish rooms, but really clean (esp bathroom). Good bed. Out of the center by a little, but it's only really a 10 min walk to the night market. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was basic (a choice of five set things, no buffet or anything) but good.」

「The hotel is new but service is already in place. All are clean and well prepared. Breakfast list has enough choice and it is delicious. All staff are very helpful and we received a very warm welcome from the GM who has done a very good job. 」
