"Well located but, contrary to advertised, not much English is spoken (luckily, the owner's daughter was home from Uni and spoke English very well). The tv didn't work which (for a solo traveller) was disappointing. The breakfast was a bit scant but okay."

"I was there on business. Nice clean hotel, but I wish the breakfast also had more European/western food. staff is immensely patient: some Korean visitors were yelling at the reception staff 4 times during my stay, and the staff didnt shout back. If it was in Europe, those guest would have been thrown out. Way too polite staff! South Koreans really need to do something with their attitude. I have several South Korean friends and all of them are great people. "

"We stayed at Vientienne overnight to transfer from Laos to Vietnam and choose to stay here. The hotel is brand new and the attention to the details of the staff, their helpfullness and kindness was distinguishing. Spa, pool and rooftop bar was a bonus with a nice view of the monument. They also have a more resort style hotel called Souphattra Heritage, this one looked more like for business travelers which we loved to enjoy the quietness over the weekend."

"Very nice hotel in a great location. Front staff were amazing. Clean modern room. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Everything is within 10min by car or moped. Would 100% recommend, this is a great value. Laos, english and hmong languages spoken by staff. Just a quick note, our unit did not have any cooking utensils however there was a fully functional kitchen. We would stay here again without hesitation."
