"Beautiful view and extremely awesome staff"

"We both agreed that this is one of the top hotels we've stayed in. Staff are keen to help and always polite. The room was immaculate, and sea view was superb. As this was only a short stay while we passed through Busan we spent most of the days out and didn't have time to explore all the amenities on offer inside the hotel. Location is fantastic, however, and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer."

"My stay at the Best Louis Hamilton Hotel Haeundae exceeded all my expectations. I stayed for a week and wished I could have stayed longer, haha... The staff were all kind and very helpful; I was very well taken care of from beginning to end of my stay. As for the room, it was super comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was perfect for me; I could walk to the beach in just a few minutes. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The breakfast was exceptional, great quality and very well prepared. I highly recommend this hotel! To the receptionists, the housekeepers who assisted me, and the girls at the restaurant, thank you all very much for your excellent work and service. I hope to return soon!"
